1. BOOKING POLICY
Customers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book and attend an appointment with Kristen Parisi PMH (AKA KPMEDIUM, herein after referred to as “Kristen”). Minor children are not permitted to be present during any appointment.
To book and confirm an appointment, there are two (2) steps that customers should complete:
1) Use the embedded, automated Square Appointment booking process on the page of the service you’d like to book OR contact Kristen directly to schedule.
2) Complete pre-payment as required, as defined below.
Pre-payment is required for remote/virtual appointments (i.e. video conference or phone) via secure checkout on https://kpmedium.com (herein after referred to as “the Website”). Pre-payment can be completed using either the Stripe for WooCommerce gateway (includes Google Pay and Apple Pay) or the PayPal gateway (includes Venmo) during the check-out process on the Website.
Pre-payment can also be accepted outside of the Website and sent directly to Kristen via PayPal: paypal.me/kpmedium or via Zelle: [email protected].
Pre-payment is required for remote appointments to ensure all parties’ time is honored. Pre-payment is not required for in-person appointments at Kristen’s home office.
Payment is due upon service completion for in-person appointments if pre-payment in-full was not processed before the scheduled appointment (pre-payment is optional, but is not required for in-person appointments). Cash is accepted, as well as credit/debit card payments via secure Square reader. PayPal, CashApp, and Zelle are also accepted methods of payment for in-person appointments.
2. REFUND POLICY
Payments that are eligible for a full refund are: minimum one (1) hour cancellation notice from the customer via Square Appointments; text message or phone call to the listed business phone number (386) 385-4135 at least one (1) hour prior to your Confirmed Appointment time; cancellation by Kristen at any time, for any reason; and any reason that Kristen deems appropriate. Refund requests at any time after services have been completed to the fullest extent of Kristen’s abilities, cannot be honored.
There is no guarantee or warranty for Kristen’s services. Kristen reserves the right to define what it means to be “unable to complete a service” on a case-by-case basis. In the event that Kristen determines that she is unable to complete a service, any processed payment will be refunded to the customer within 24-hours, or can be applied toward a future appointment at the customer’s request.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment requests will only be approved once payment in full has been received, or at Kristen’s discretion. Upon booking and pre-paying for any appointment, and in the event that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled appointment time to receive a refund or to reschedule your appointment. If a customer cancels a pre-paid appointment with less than one (1) hour’s notice, the payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Customers who have pre-paid and wish to cancel or reschedule must do so via text or phone call to 386-385-4135. E-mail cancellation requests cannot be honored.
In the event that a customer does not show up for an appointment booked within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time, any pre-payment shall be forfeited. In the event that a customer is late to an appointment, the appointment shall conclude at the scheduled end-time to respect any upcoming appointments, and no partial refunds will be given for time lost.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
Any information shared with Kristen Parisi during an appointment will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with, sold to, or traded to any person or entity. In the event that personal or sensitive information is legally and officially requested by law enforcement or summoned by a court of law, Kristen is obligated to comply and share the requested information. Kristen cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of releasing such information to appropriate authorities.
5. DISCLAIMER
By booking: You understand that psychic readings (“Medium”, “Oracle”, “Tarot”, “Aura”, etc.) are for entertainment purposes only. All guidance is subject to your own interpretation. You agree that any guidance or information provided does not constitute or substitute for forensic, investigative, legal, business, financial, psychological, or medical advice.
You understand that a reading and/or session (“Healing”, “Reiki”, “Charkra/Aura Cleansing”, etc.) does not take the place of medical care and will not include any physical touching or manipulation of muscles, tissue, or fascia of the body. It is recommended that you see a licensed massage therapist, licensed physician, or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment that you may have.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and appointments. Any 3rd party vendors (including but not limited to: EventBrite, Ticketmaster, etc.) may have different or additional Policies/Terms & Conditions, which would apply in lieu of this document.
You understand and agree that Kristen holds no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, damage caused or alleged to be caused both directly and indirectly, as a result of any reading or session that you attend. By booking via Square Appointments on the Website, you will be emailed a copy of these Terms & Conditions that will require your initials as proof that you acknowledge, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. A physical copy of this document will be presented to those who schedule an in-person appointment outside of the Website, and will require the customer to date and sign these Terms & Conditions.
